Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CampFlow (the "Service"). By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

CampFlow is intended for Young Life camp trip organizers and approved teammates. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and for any activity that occurs under your account.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for legitimate camp trip planning and operations.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data without authorization.
• Do not upload data you are not authorized to share with your camp's leadership team.
• Do not interfere with the Service, attempt to bypass access controls, or scrape it.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of the rosters, assignments, and notes you put into CampFlow. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate the Service for you and your team. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Google Sheets integration

If you connect Google Sheets, you authorize CampFlow to read and write the spreadsheets you designate, and you confirm you have permission to grant that access. You can revoke this authorization at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CampFlow and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to other users or to the Service. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by emailing mvonstei@gmail.com.

8. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes to the Terms will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where the Service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
